As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will take on a leadership role in the design and development of our platform’s UX and features. You’ll shape technical direction, mentor team members, and collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver impactful features for top-tier private equity and venture capital firms.

In this role, you’ll:

Solve complex UX challenges to make financial metrics into clear, actionable insights for investors.

Develop dashboards and workflows to help Venture Capitalist and/or their Portfolio companies enter and manage their data within the Foresight platform.

Develop tools for internal teams to manage the platform and support clients.

Develop new AI capabilities for web and mobile.

Contribute to a fast-growing startup environment, gaining firsthand exposure to the inner workings of venture capital and private equity.

Specific accountabilities include:

Partner with the product & design team to scope features, write clear and detailed product requirements, and guide product delivery through agile development cycles.

Define and monitor product KPIs, including usage, adoption, and client satisfaction.

Mentor junior engineers on best practices.

4-year BS degree in computer science or related field.
